🔍 What You’ll Work On
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Organize, analyze, and interpret datasets to generate meaningful insights.
Conduct market and competitor research and identify trends.
Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and analytical insights.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support project tracking.
Maintain accurate documentation while following confidentiality and data-security standards.
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in Data Analytics, Business Analysis & Process Improvement.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a confidential and security-sensitive environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon.
⭐ Good to Have
Interest in defense, intelligence, or law-enforcement ecosystems.
Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools.
Understanding of SWOT analysis or business case preparation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn quickly.
