We are looking for analytical and driven professionals to join our Central Data & Analytics team and support business decision-making through data insights, reporting, automation, and operational analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 1-4 Years / Freshers with strong analytical
mindset & high ownership
Domain: Analytics / Operations Excellence / Supply Chain
Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends & insights
• Build dashboards, trackers & automated reports
• Support central stakeholders with data-driven decision making
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics & process compliance
• Work closely with Operations, Quality & Business teams
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI,
Tableau
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior exposure to Operations/Data Analytics is preferred
