Customer & Vendor Masters (SAP)
• Customer Master (General Data, Sales Area, Company Code views): (XD01/XD02/XD03)
• Vendor Master (Purchasing, Finance views) - (XK01/XK02/XK03)
• Knowledge of:
o Payment terms
o Partner functions
Article / Material Master (SAP Retail / MM)
• Article creation & extension (MM41/MM42/MM01/MM02 or Retail-specific)
• Site/Plant & SLOC extension
• UoM, valuation, listing procedures
• Basic understanding of assortment and site assignment
Production Execution Masters (SAP PP)
• BOM (CS01/CS02/CS03)
• Work Centre (CR01)
• Master Recipe (CA01 / C201)
• Production Version(C223)
• Basic understanding of costing relevance
Product Costing
• Costing
• Activity Rate
• Mixing Ratio
Data Governance & Quality Skills
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Knowledge of:
o Data validation rules
o Duplicate checks
o Data standardization
MS Office and Others:
- Excel (VLOOKUP/SUMIF/SUMIFS/COUNTIFS/ IF Condition/ TRIM/ LEFT / RIGHT / MID/ LEN, Pivot Tables)
- Basic Word, Power Point Knowledge
- High accuracy mindset (small errors → big business impact)
- Ability to follow SOPs and naming conventions
- Audit readiness and documentation discipline
