Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Data Mining intern to join our team. This internship provide hands – on experience in digital marketing with strong focus on data mining, database management, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to support targeted email campaigns and improve marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
·        Conduct data mining and extraction from various source to built and maintain high – quality database.
·        Clean, validate, and organize large database to ensure accuracy and usability.
·        Assist in segmenting audiences based behaviour, demographics and engagement patterns.
·        Support the planning and execution of data – driven email campaign.
·        Analyze campaign data (open rates, click – through rates, conversions) to identify trends and insights.
·        Perform A/B testing using data insights to optimize campaign performance.
·        Collaborate with the HR team to align data strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
·        Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in any field.
·        Basic knowledge of data mining, database management or data analysis.
·        Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google sheets or basic SQL (preferred).
·        Good written and verbal communication skills.
·        Detail – oriented with strong organizational skills.
·        Interest in data – driven marketing digital analysis.
