Design Intern
We’re hiring at Halwaipop 🪔
Halwaipop is a design-led mithai and namkeen atelier in Delhi: made-to-order sweets, bespoke heritage packaging, corporate gifting for teams like EY, live mithai stations at weddings, and our Experiential Mithai Atelier.
Diwali and wedding season is here, and we’re growing the team. We’re opening 3-month paid internships, immediate joining, in Delhi:
1. Operations Intern
Order flow, production coordination, vendor and delivery management, and keeping our same-day orders on time. Ideal for someone who loves systems and gets things done.
2. Founder’s Office Intern
Work directly with me on strategy, partnerships, corporate gifting, investor prep, and special projects. You’ll see how a brand is built from the inside.
3. Design Intern
Festive packaging, brand catalogues, lookbooks, and social assets for a brand where design really matters.
What you’ll get: real ownership from day one, a front-row seat in a fast-growing D2C and gifting brand, stipend, a certificate and recommendation, and a lot of mithai.
To apply: DM me or email [contact shared on WhatsApp] with a short note about why Halwaipop, your CV, and a portfolio for design roles. Please mention the role in the subject line.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Halwaipop? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
