Interview advice
Going for the DevOps role at Slitely? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to sketch a simple CI/CD pipeline and to name the tools you have actually touched β even a college project counts.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions β Situation, Task, Action, Result β so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview β the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
