• Location: Zepto HQ, Sarjapur, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

We're looking for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to join our Central Operations team.
What you'll do:
Monitor daily warehouse operations and key operational metrics.
Resolve real-time operational escalations.
Coordinate with city teams, warehouse managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Drive stakeholder management and operational compliance.
Analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets and identify process improvements.
Who can apply?
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotational shifts.
