The Digital Marketing Intern is a full-time, On-site/Hybrid role based in Pune City. This role involves supporting day-to-day digital marketing activities, including social media content planning, posting, and community engagement across platforms. The intern will assist in executing online marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports using web analytics tools. This is a hands-on learning opportunity designed to give you real-world experience across all major channels of digital marketing in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) skincare space.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content (Reels, Posts, Stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft catchy captions, ad copies, email newsletters, and blog posts aligned with brand tone.
Performance & Paid Ads: Learn and assist in executing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ad campaigns.
Influencer Marketing: Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with beauty creators and micro-influencers.
SEO & E-commerce Management: Assist in optimizing website product pages and digital listings for organic search visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) to help optimize active campaigns.
Qualifications:
Freshers Welcome! Strong passion for digital marketing, beauty, or e-commerce is essential.
Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creativity, eager-to-learn mindset, and a strong sense of initiative.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva or video editing tools (any) is a plus!
