We are looking for freshers who have relevant basic knowledge in their chosen domain, a willingness to learn quickly, strong communication skills, accountability, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Stipend will depend on interview performance and basic domain knowledge. After completing 100 working days, high-performing interns may receive a full-time permanent job offer based on performance.

Going for the Sales role at iConsultify? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
