📍 Location: Noida Sector 63
🕒 Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 5.5 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 CTC
▪️ ₹21,000 Fixed
▪️ Up to ₹4,000 Performance Incentive
🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling.
• Connect with business decision-makers.
• Promote Airtel Business solutions including Internet Leased Lines (ILL), PRI, M2M, Cloud & Enterprise Products.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve lead generation targets.
✅ Eligibility:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 6 months of Sales / Telesales / Lead Generation / Business Development experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment

Going for the Sales role at Airtel? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
