📌 Role Details:
Role: Educational Sales Consultant
Experience: Freshers to 2 years (Freshers are highly encouraged!)
Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
Work Days: 5 Days a week
Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
💰 Transparent Compensation Structure: Phase 1: Training (First 45 Days)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month
Zero targets and zero incentives during this phase. Just 100% focus on paid learning and skill-building!
Phase 2: Full Employment (Post-Training)
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month
Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives on top of your fixed pay.
💡 What You’ll Do:
Conduct consultative phone/video calls with parents to understand their child's academic needs.
Recommend our 1:1 and small-group live classes (Math, Coding, Science, Public Speaking & "Mini CEO" programs).
Encourage parents to book free demos and guide them through the enrollment process.
