Maths Mania is looking for a creative Educational Thumbnail Designer who understands the difference between a regular YouTube thumbnail and an educational thumbnail designed for students & aspirants.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong thumbnail design & CTR understanding
• Excellent creative ideation & concept development
• Understanding of educational content & student psychology
• Ability to independently come up with fresh, engaging thumbnail ideas
• Strong typography, composition & visual sense
