We’re hiring more Engineering Interns at Calyb.ai 🚀

We’re looking for strong engineers to join us for a 6-month internship and work on the systems we’re building at Calyb.

At Calyb, we’re building General System Intelligence (GSI), a new class of AI systems that can understand enterprise knowledge, reason through complex workflows, and reliably execute work across business systems.

As an intern, you’ll work on real engineering problems across our ontology engine, agent runtime, enterprise knowledge platform, and systems infrastructure, including planning, orchestration, memory, execution algorithms, state management, caching, observability, and fault tolerance.

A few important details:

→ 6-month internship: This is a 6-month commitment. If you’re currently in college, please apply only if your college permits an internship of this duration. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply if they can commit to the full 6 months.

→ Joining timeline: We’re looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 2 weeks of the hiring decision.

→ Real engineering + learning: You’ll work on production systems and client-facing problems, while learning from experienced engineers and tackling problems that often don’t have established patterns or off-the-shelf solutions.

→ Ownership: We’re looking for engineers who take ownership, learn quickly, think from first principles, and enjoy solving real-world engineering problems.

→ PPO opportunity: Exceptional performance during the internship can lead to a full-time offer (PPO).

Strong CS fundamentals matter more to us than familiarity with a particular framework or technology. We care about how you reason about systems, make engineering trade-offs, and approach problems you haven’t seen before.
