We'd rather have the person who already reads annual reports for fun.

ArthaSanchay Growth Fund — a SEBI-registered Cat III AIF — is opening Equity Research Internships in Mumbai. Freshers welcome. For most of our interns, this is the first door opening in their career.

You'll build real models, do primary research on Indian small & mid-cap businesses, and write theses that go straight to the people deploying the capital. No coffee runs. No busywork. Your name on your own work.

What we look for
→ CFA — L1/L2/L3 cleared, or currently pursuing (strongly preferred)
→ Genuine command of accounting and real curiosity about markets
→ Intellectual honesty over polished narratives

Stipend provided. Duration: 6 Months, in-office, Goregaon East.
