🎯 What We Are Looking For
Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / MBA / BCA / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA or related fields
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Good understanding of accounting fundamentals & business processes
Interest in ERP systems, automation & technology
Quick learner with a strong problem-solving mindset
Good presentation and client interaction skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and business software tools will be an added advantage
💼 Key Responsibilities
Assist in ERP implementation and configuration for clients
Understand and document client business processes and requirements
Support system testing, data validation and user training
Work with senior consultants on process improvement and automation
Prepare documentation, SOPs and implementation reports
Provide basic troubleshooting and client support
Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders
