SecurityBoat is looking for an Executive Assistant & Operations Intern to work closely with the Founder and gain hands-on exposure to business operations, leadership, communication, and startup management.
💼 Role: Executive Assistant & Operations Intern
📌 Type: Full-time Internship
📍 Location: Pune | Work from Office
What You’ll Work On:
🔹 Managing the Founder’s calendar, meetings & daily schedule
🔹 Coordinating with teams, clients, partners & vendors
🔹 Managing follow-ups, reminders & action items
🔹 Supporting emails, presentations, documents & meeting notes
🔹 Assisting with social media & content coordination
🔹 Preparing information for important meetings
🔹 Managing events, appointments & logistics
🔹 Maintaining organized records, contacts & documents
🔹 Handling confidential information with discretion
🔹 Proactively identifying tasks and taking ownership
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills
✅ Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
✅ Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
✅ Good understanding of social media
✅ Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office & AI tools
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment

Going for the Operations role at SecurityBoat? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
