We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Group Internal Audit team and gain exposure across NBFC, AIF, PMS, and InvIT businesses.
✔ Qualification: CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / BBA / BMS / Graduate
✔ Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant internship/articleship exposure may apply)
✔ Exposure to Internal Audit, Risk, Controls, Compliance, or Financial Services preferred
✔ Knowledge of SEBI/RBI regulations will be an added advantage

Going for the Finance role at Alpha Alternatives? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise the fundamentals — the three financial statements and how they connect — and be ready to explain one concept like working capital in simple words.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
