Key Responsibilities

- Drive weekly hiring of Delivery Partners as per business targets
- Source candidates through field visits, referrals, and local networks
- Execute on-ground hiring activities such as postering, pamphlet distribution, and canopy drives
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and consistently achieve hiring targets
