This internship offers hands-on exposure to export documentation, logistics coordination and international business processes.

Position

Export Operations & Documentation Intern (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing export documentation and maintaining digital records

• Support preparation of quotations, Proforma Invoices and other business documents

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers and logistics partners for document collection and updates

• Organize export files, product information and shipment records

• Maintain buyer and supplier databases using Google Workspace

• Learn international shipping procedures, documentation workflow and export compliance

• Assist the management team in ensuring smooth operational coordination

• Individuals interested in Export Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or International Trade

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
