Yourkeyresponsibilities
Workonvaluationengagementsforfinancialreporting, tax, andmanagementplanningpurposes.
• Exposuretoengagementsforintangiblebusinessvaluationsacrossmanagementplanning; mergersandacquisitions(MA); financialreporting; taxandregulatorycompliance; restructuringandreorganisation; andcorporatestrategyunder USGAAP(including ASC 350, ASC 805, ASC 842, ASC 820 andotherrelevantguidance).

• Experiencewithsecondaryresearch, reportwritinganddetailedfinancialmodelling.

• Usecurrenttechnologyandtoolstoenhancetheeffectivenessofservicesprovided. Stayabreastofcurrentbusinessandeconomicdevelopmentsrelevanttoouraswellastheclientsbusiness.

• Maintainanddeveloppositive, productive, andprofessionalrelationships with EYofficesglobally.

• Usecurrenttechnologyandtoolstoenhancetheeffectivenessofservicesprovided.

• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationandpresentationskills.

Toqualifyfortherole, youmusthave
Apostgraduatedegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business with 0-1 yearsofrelatedworkexperienceinutilizing Valuationtechniquesandmethodologiessuc has Discounted Cash Flow(DCF), Income Approach, marketcomparable, etc.inabusinessvaluationfirmorpracticeorinventurecapital, investmentbanking, commercialbanking, financialresearch, nationalvaluationfirmorexperienceworkinginacorporatefinanceroleforanorganization, preferably for MAactivities
Exposuretofinancialmodellingincludingexperiencebuildingmodelsfromscratch in MSExcelandrelatedsoftwarepreferred
Preferableachievementinorsignificantprogresstowards a CFA, ASA, CPAorrelatedcertification
