Fashion Design Intern
Now hiring: Fashion Design Intern (Build Phase).
We’re in the zero-to-one phase of creating a design-led fashion brand, and I’m looking for an ambitious Fashion Design Intern who wants front-row, hands-on experience in how a brand gets built from scratch.
This role goes far beyond sketching a garment; it demands sharp strategic thinking, heavy mind mapping, and constant problem-solving.
The backend setup takes serious creative stamina but it’s also the ultimate proving ground. It gives you the end-to-end experience, clarity and confidence!
What we’re looking for:
• Mumbai-based , in-person availability
• Proficiency in core design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Basic digital data management and organization skills
• Strong, clear communication skills
If you are curious and a passionate individual who would love getting your hands dirty in the early-stage process, as much as I do , I’d love to connect. 💡

Interview advice
Going for this role at Cocktail studio? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
