We're looking for a smart, proactive, and fast-working Fashion Designer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and turn ideas into designs quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts and collections for women's ethnic wear.
Create sketches, tech packs, and design specifications.
Coordinate closely with sampling and production teams.
Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor research.
Handle multiple design projects with quick turnaround times.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.
Relevant experience in women's wear/ethnic wear preferred.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and garment construction.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
