💼 Role & Responsibilities
As a **Field Operations Specialist (FOS)**, you will be the face of Rapido on the ground. Your primary goal is to expand our fleet by:
* Identifying and connecting with potential bike, auto, and e-rickshaw drivers.
* Onboarding and registering them as official **Rapido Captains**.
* Guiding new captains through the app training and activation process.
🎯 Requirements
* **Experience:** 0 to 3 years (Freshers are highly welcome!)
* **Skills:** Good communication, convincing skills, and a hustle mindset.
* Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (with a valid DL).
### 💰 Compensation
* **Salary:** ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.

Going for the Operations role at Rapido? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
