Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/ECE, or equivalent.

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined NATS Apprentices to join our IT Infrastructure team as Field Support Engineers (L1). The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network devices. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and end-user support at customer locations.

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
2. Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office installation and configuration.
4. Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
5. Knowledge of printers and peripheral devices.
6. Understanding of BIOS settings and hardware diagnostics.
7. Basic knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security.
