We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance activities. If you're passionate about finance and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
✔ Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer receipts.
✔ Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and bank reconciliations.
✔ Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
✔ Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
✔ Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, MLWF, and other statutory requirements.
✔ Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, bankers, and statutory authorities.
✔ Support payroll accounting, employee expense verification, and financial audits.
✔ Maintain financial records, documentation, and internal controls.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF Functions).
Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/accounting software.
Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
