💼 Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers with strong Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
🎯 Key Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
Knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles
Experience in Invoicing, Billing, Accounts Receivable/Payable (Mandatory for experienced candidates)
Knowledge of GST and statutory compliance is an added advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and billing processes
Process vendor and customer payments
Maintain financial records and reconciliations
Prepare MIS reports and financial data analysis
Support GST compliance and financial reporting activities

Interview advice
Going for the Finance role at urbanebolt? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise the fundamentals — the three financial statements and how they connect — and be ready to explain one concept like working capital in simple words.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
