Are you passionate about finance, accounting, and leveraging AI to work smarter? We're looking for a Finance Secretary to join our team and work closely with the Managing Director.

📍 Location: Alwarpet, Chennai

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

Eligibility

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✅ CA Inter (Pursuing or Completed) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

> Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
> Prepare MIS reports and financial documentation.
> Handle bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
> Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants.
> Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
> Support the Managing Director with finance and business operations.
> Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, and TDS.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of Tally ERP or other accounting software is preferred.
* Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar
platforms is preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
