Finance Support at Finacta India Pvt Ltd
Permanent Full-time – 40 hours per week (INR 22,000 – INR 25,000 per month)
Remote working (Finance/Commerce background).

We are seeking a high-performing, detail-driven entry-level bookkeeper to take ownership of daily finance operations across multiple clients. This role is for someone who takes pride in getting the numbers right and is ready to contribute at a high level from the very beginning, even as a finance newcomer.

You’ll support day-to-day finance operations across multiple fast-paced clients, working very closely with experienced professionals. In this role, you’ll be expected to take initiatives and deliver high accuracy, speed, and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing financial data daily following client-specific accounting procedures (Bank feeds in Xero, Bills in our SaaS platform, Payments, etc.).
Performing bank reconciliations.
Allocating payments and invoices.
Managing and collecting outstanding supplier invoices from clients.

Technical skills:

Entry level (only freshers needed).
Basic understanding of accounting principles (double-entry bookkeeping).
Basic experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
Strong Excel would be advantageous.

Soft skills:
Driven and proactive.
Problem-solving mindset.
Strong time management.
Clear communicator in both written and spoken English.
Professional presentation in emails and calls.
