Job Description – Financial Advisor (Canada Process)

Position: Financial Advisor – Canada Process
Location: Bhavya Corporate Tower, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Salary: Up to ₹19,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + overtime benefits
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Financial Advisor – Canada Process. The role involves interacting with Canada-based customers, assisting them with financial services and Debt-related solutions, and delivering excellent customer support. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle calls with Canada-based customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial or debt-related solutions.
Explain plan benefits, services, and available options clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate customer information and update records as required.
Achieve process targets and maintain quality standards.

Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Basic customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to process requirements.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
