🔹 Role & Responsibilities
- Perform inter-system reconciliation and track funds to ensure correct transaction processing.
- Coordinate with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Escalate outstanding issues to the relevant teams and clients on time.
- Handle different stages of financial product life cycles.
- Work on KYC, AML, reference data management, legal documents, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre- and post-settlements, brokerage functions, trade confirmations, corporate actions, and tax operations.
- Prepare internal and client reports as per process requirements.
✅ Basic Requirements
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Basic finance knowledge.
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BAF, or BMS graduates.
- Eligible batches: 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
- Experience: Freshers and immediate joiners.
- Shift: Fixed night shifts.
- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Comfortable working with KYC and non-KYC processes.
