🔹 Acquire new customers for insurance products through field sales.
🔹 Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and branch/customer references.
🔹 Meet prospective customers and explain product features & benefits.
🔹 Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
🔹 Ensure timely documentation and smooth policy processing.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and issue resolution.
🔹 Maintain daily sales reports and follow company compliance guidelines.
💰 Salary
💵 Freshers: Up to ₹3 LPA
💵 Experienced: Up to ₹4 LPA
