🎯 Career Growth – PPO Opportunity
High-performing interns may be offered a Permanent Full-Time Role (PPO) after successfully completing the 6-month internship.
💰 Stipend Structure
First 3 Months – Training & Foundation Phase
₹6,000 – ₹8,000 / month
Next 3 Months – Production & Live Delivery Phase
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 / month
Stipend revision during the internship will be based on performance, learning progress and delivery.
