We build AI voice agents that answer and make real phone calls on their own. Both roles are on-site at our HSR Layout office.
Forward Deployed Engineer (Intern)
Who can build and deploy Voice AI agents that manage real customer conversations for enterprises.
Integrate them with business systems, test their performance, and continuously improve their reliability.
Developer Relations (Intern)
Someone who can build demos, integrations, and technical guides that help developers create production-ready Voice AI agents.
Improve the developer experience by testing our APIs, identifying friction, and working with engineering to fix it.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Persistence? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
