Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift – aligned with U.S. business hours
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Week Off
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: CMA Fresher / CA Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated CMA Fresher or CA Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team as an FP&A Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional starting their career and looking to build hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyze financial performance and identify variances against budgets and forecasts.
Prepare MIS and management reports.
Assist in revenue, expense, profitability, and cash-flow analysis.
Support preparation of financial models and business performance dashboards.
Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports.
Requirements
CA Fresher or CMA Fresher from a recognized institute.
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, budgeting, and financial analysis concepts.
Good command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with U.S. working hours.
