Full-Stack AI Engineer

The first engineering seat at SuperDocs. The title says engineer; the trajectory is CTO-shaped.

I'm hiring a Full-Stack AI Engineer (Founding Engineer) at SuperDocs. You build everything with me:

• Run build-measure-learn end to end: talk to users, measure, build what the data demands, ship daily.
• Agents, editor, API, the marketing site. The works.
• Master of Claude Code, Cursor, Codex. Fundamentals underneath: pure vibe-coding doesn't survive production.
• If your agents have shipped work while you slept, we'll get along.

0-2 years of experience or none. More experienced? Also welcome; we'll shape the role around what you bring. What matters is what you've shipped. No technical interviews, no whiteboards, no BS rounds: one task, and if you do it well, a direct conversation with me.

Full salary from day one, 3-month probation included. Founding equity a few months in. Every AI tool paid for by the company. Fully remote (India). Start August or September 2026.
