🎓 Eligibility:
Any Graduates (2024 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)
Freshers with a passion for software development
(Pursuing candidates are not eligible)
📍 Location: Exponent IT Training & Services, Nigdi, Pune
📍 Mode: Offline

💼 Internship Structure:
✅ First 2 Months: Training Period (Unpaid)
✅ Next 6 Months: Paid Internship with a ₹6,000/month Stipend
✅ After Successful Completion of the Internship: Eligible for PPO with a salary package of ₹2.2 – ₹2.8 LPA (based on performance)

💻 Preferred Skills:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
React.js / Angular (Preferred)
Basic Java, Spring Boot or Node.js
MySQL / SQL
Basic understanding of REST APIs & Web Development

📝 Selection Process (Same Day):
✅ Round 1 – Online Technical Assessment
✅ Round 2 – Face-to-Face Technical Interview
✅ Round 3 – HR Interview
