Full-Stack Developer Intern
🚀 We’re Hiring at Xplorevo Tech Network
We’re opening internship opportunities for people who want to work on real startup problems—not just complete assignments.
We’re currently looking for:
🔹 Full-Stack Developer Intern
🔹 Outreach & Business Development Intern
Before you apply, one thing must be absolutely clear:
⚠️ This is an unpaid internship. No compensation/stipend will be provided.
What you will get is hands-on exposure to how a startup actually operates:
• Work on real Startup MVPs
• Build and ship products, not just practice projects
• Understand how ideas move from concept → MVP → users
• Exposure to product, technology, client acquisition & execution
• Work directly within a growing startup environment
• Internship Certificate & experience
• Opportunity to build a portfolio through real work
• Learn how decisions are made when resources are limited and execution matters
The internship will be provided through Xplorevo Private Limited, a DPIIT-registered startup.
We’re not looking for people who simply want a certificate.
We’re looking for people who want to build, learn, take ownership, and understand what it actually takes to build a company from the ground up.
If that sounds like you, DM me with your profile/resume and the role you're applying for.

Interview advice
Going for the Software Engineer role at Xplorevo Private Limited? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
