🚨 Hiring | Remote Full Stack Developer

📍 Work Mode : Work From Home (WFH) , Remote
🕒 Shift Timings: Mon-Sat : 9 AM - 6 PM
💰 CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer who can independently develop, maintain, and improve websites and web applications.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in both front-end and back-end development and should be comfortable working across the complete software development lifecycle.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and willingness to adopt AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and automation.

🔹 What You'll Do :

-Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications
-Build and manage both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end systems
-Design, manage, and optimize databases ensuring performance and data integrity
-Integrate APIs, third-party services, and payment gateways
-Implement authentication, security best practices, and ensure application reliability
-Handle deployment, hosting, backups, and ongoing maintenance
-Troubleshoot bugs, perform testing, debugging, and ensure software quality
-Use AI tools and explore automation to improve development efficiency
-Maintain technical documentation for systems, APIs, and workflows
-Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather and deliver requirements
