We are looking for #builders as much as #researchers.
- 2 kinds of roles. The first is more user-facing and entrepreneurial, versus the second, which is more technical and research-oriented.
- True to The LAB's mission, we run the modern stack that powers the best AI agentic systems.
- We aim to publish our work in top Agentic AI research conferences and journals.
- Roles are in India - Remote.
- Evaluation period for 1 month with standard remuneration for an engagement of 6 months.

We are looking for people who love to build user facing tech that's ergonomic, transforms cutting-edge research in personalization into powerful learning systems and is built on the principles of good software engineering practices. You will collaborate with fellow builders and researchers, participating in research by incorporating user feedback and design input to chart the product's direction.

We are looking for builders who love crafting the infrastructure that makes agentic AI workloads fast, correct, and verifiable. You will turn cutting-edge research into ontologies whose structure is proven sound using formal methods and built on good software engineering principles. You will write performance-critical services in Rust, backed by graph and vector stores served through low-latency small-language-model infrastructure. You will collaborate with fellow builders and researchers to feed what you learn back to chart the product's direction.
