Are you passionate about Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace (GWS)? We're looking for Immediate Joiners with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing cloud support team.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide first-line technical support for GCP and Google Workspace users.
✅ Troubleshoot Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and IAM-related issues.
✅ Manage password resets, 2-Step Verification recovery, and Shared Drive access.
✅ Monitor Google Cloud Operations Suite and analyze logs to identify and resolve issues.
✅ Handle incident triage using Jira/ServiceNow and execute standard runbooks.
✅ Leverage GenAI tools like Gemini to interpret error logs and improve resolution time.

Required Skills:
✔️ 0–2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Cloud Operations.
✔️ Basic knowledge of Compute Engine, IAM, and VPC Networking.
✔️ Google Cloud Digital Leader certification (Mandatory).
✔️ Associate Cloud Engineer certification is an added advantage.
✔️ Good communication skills with a customer-first approach.
✔️ Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Gemini.
