🚀 We're Hiring | GenAI Developer Intern – Python & RAG
Office Solution AI Labs is looking for a motivated GenAI Intern with a strong interest in Python and hands-on knowledge of developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
📍 Location: Remote – India
🎓 Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
⏳ Internship Duration: 6 Months
💰 Internship Stipend: ₹5,000–₹8,000/month
💼 Post-Internship Package: ₹2.4–₹3.6 LPA
📄 Legal Employment Commitment: 2 Years
📝 Agreement: Signed at the beginning of the internship on Stamp Paper
🔹 What You'll Work On
✅ Develop RAG-based GenAI applications using Python
✅ Build document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval pipelines
✅ Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications
✅ Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval
✅ Develop REST APIs using FastAPI / Flask
✅ Experiment with prompt engineering and LLM response optimization
✅ Build and test AI-powered features and workflows
✅ Work with the team to deploy and improve GenAI applications
🔹 Must Have
✔️ Strong fundamentals in Python
✔️ Understanding of RAG architecture and concepts
✔️ Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval
✔️ Basic experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Gemini
✔️ Understanding of APIs and backend development
✔️ Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
✔️ Strong interest in Generative AI and willingness to learn
⭐ Good to Have
Hands-on RAG project experience
LangChain / LangGraph knowledge
Qdrant / FAISS / Chroma / Pinecone
FastAPI / Flask
Prompt engineering
Document processing — PDF, Word, Excel, etc.
Docker
Azure / Azure OpenAI
AI agents / Agentic AI
Basic understanding of NLP and machine learning
