Yourqualification:
• B. E./B. Techdegree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering(Fresherorwithlessth an 1 yearofexperience)

• Strong Knowledgeofproductsandapplicationsinthefield of Pneumatics and Process Automation

• Knowledgeof the Festoproductportfolioisanadvantage

• Excellentwrittenandverbal Englishcommunication

• Experienceincustomerinteractionsuchastechnicaldiscussion, on-site/remoteservice

• Verygood MSOfficeknowledge

• Stronganalyticalskillstoanalyse, reviewandresolvecustomersupporttickets

• Workscollaborativelytoresolveissueswithapositive, solution-orientedmindset
