Graphic Communication Designer

InventoJoy is hiring: Graphic / Communication Designer (Greater Noida)

We are building a DIY toy ecosystem centered around invention and imagination. We look at design as a tool for meaningful engagement, not just decoration, and we’re searching for a visual storyteller to help shape how kids and parents interact with our brand.

This role, based at our Greater Noida location, will have you working at the intersection of print and digital media translating complex educational concepts into playful, digestible visual stories across packaging, manuals, and marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design Leadership: Develop visual identities for new kits, packaging, stickers, and interactive print elements (including exploring formats like comic-style manuals or zines).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our product designers, educators, and engineers to ensure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints.
• System Management: Maintain organized design systems, Figma libraries, and brand templates while managing timelines across multiple product launches.
• Market Insights: Keep an eye on design trends within the STEAM and edtech spaces to contribute to moodboards and brand evolution decks.

What We’re Looking For:
• A strong foundation in typography, layout, and color theory, with the ability to design seamlessly for both print and digital.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
• A degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Arts, alongside hands-on design experience (internships included).
Experience with packaging design, instructional graphics, or 3D visualization is a definite plus.
• Someone who is excited by the challenge of turning technical or structured concepts into simple, delightful visuals.
