We're on a mission to help brands move from "scattered WhatsApp chats" to a trusted, professional online presence. We're building fast and looking for creative, hungry interns to grow with us.
Roles Available
1. Graphic Design Intern
You'll create visuals that bring Our brand to life — social media graphics, promotional banners, product demo visuals, pitch deck assets, and marketing materials.
Comfortable with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
An eye for clean, modern design
Can turn a simple brief into a scroll-stopping visual
Portfolio (even personal projects) required
2. Social Media Intern
You'll help plan and execute Our content calendar, grow our presence across Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok, and turn our product story into content people actually engage with.
Understands trends, captions, and what makes content shareable
Can write short, punchy copy
Experience managing a brand or personal page is a plus
Portfolio/examples of past content required

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Axist? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
