Digital Triber is seeking a creative, trend-aware Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build real-world experience in social media design, branding, ad creatives, and YouTube thumbnail design while working alongside an active digital marketing and content team.
You'll get hands-on exposure to:

What You'll Work On
📱 Social Media Design
- Assist in creating Instagram posts, carousels & story creatives
- Support the design of engaging social media graphics
- Learn to design visuals optimized for engagement and conversions
🎯 Ad Creative Design
- Assist with Meta Ads & Google Display creatives
- Learn performance marketing creative practices with strong CTAs
- Understand ad creative psychology and user attention
🎨 Branding & Creative Design
- Support design of logos, banners, presentations & brand assets
- Learn to maintain visual consistency across brands
- Practice modern layouts, typography & compositions
🎬 YouTube & Content Design
- Assist in creating YouTube thumbnails with high CTR potential
- Support design of visuals for Reels, Shorts & video content
- Coordinate with video editors and content teams
Skills Required
✅ knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
✅ knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
✅ Working knowledge of Canva
✅ Interest in social media design & branding
✅ Understanding of typography & layout basics
✅ Willingness to learn thumbnail & ad creative design
✅ Creative thinking & awareness of design trends
✅ Knowledge of CorelDRAW
Who Should Apply
🎓 Students or freshers pursuing/completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields

- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
