Extensile Media is looking for creative and passionate Graphic Design Interns to join our team. If you have a flair for design and are eager to gain hands-on industry experience, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design social media creatives, banners, and marketing materials
✅ Create engaging visual content for digital platforms
✅ Assist in branding and creative campaigns
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team on design projects
✅ Edit and enhance graphics as per project requirements
Requirements:
✔ Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
✔ Creativity and attention to detail
✔ Strong design and visualization skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Students or recent graduates can apply

Going for the Design role at Extensile Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
