Graphic Design Intern
We’re hiring a Graphic Design Intern at Y-Not Collective, Bangalore.
This is for someone who thinks visually, cares about craft, and wants to work on real design projects across product mockups, branding, presentations, campaign creatives, and marketing collaterals.
You’ll be part of a global, US-aligned team, contributing to work that moves across enterprise brands, creator communities, and product-led experiences. We’re looking for someone with strong visual sense, attention to detail, comfort with Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio that shows curiosity, range, and design thinking.
Location: Bangalore, In-office
Shift: 5 PM to 2 AM IST

Going for the Design role at Y-Not Collective? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
