🎨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can design modern visuals and also understands UI/UX design.
This role is perfect for someone who has a good eye for design, understands branding, and can create clean, attractive, and user-friendly designs.
What you’ll work on:
✅ Social media creatives
✅ Website banners and graphics
✅ UI/UX designs for websites and apps
✅ Landing page layouts
✅ Brand identity designs
✅ Marketing creatives
✅ Presentation and brochure designs
✅ Basic wireframes and design concepts
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to design clean and modern layouts
• Basic knowledge of typography, color, and spacing
• Portfolio or previous design work is preferred
• Freshers with good design skills can also apply

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Arjan Tech? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
