Graphic Designer
We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Full-Time | On-Site | Mumbai)
CADENZA is looking for a Graphic Designer who can illustrate and sketch original concepts from scratch for apparel and products.
To be clear, we’re not looking for someone who only works with templates, stock graphics, AI-generated visuals, or existing assets. We want someone who can take an idea, put it on paper, develop it into an illustration, and turn it into graphics that can live on tees, denim, accessories, and other products.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong hand-sketching and illustration skills
• Ability to create original artwork from concepts and references
• Experience translating sketches into production-ready graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Understanding of graphic placement for apparel is a plus
• Freshers and experienced designers are both welcome
Location: Mumbai (On-Site)

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at CADENZA? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
