Perform high-quality photo retouching and image manipulation.
Ensure images meet brand and marketplace quality standards.
Apply color correction, background removal, masking, and image enhancement techniques.
Deliver accurate, high-quality work within project deadlines.
Maintain consistency across all digital assets.
Preferred Candidate
Relevant experience in graphic design and professional image editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Converse? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
